Residential Estate

CHEVRONCOURTESTATE

The Problem

Chevron Court — 14 residential blocks off Lekki Phase 1 — had accumulated three rainy seasons of green algae bloom across every perimeter wall and driveway slab. The estate association had repainted twice in four years. The paint kept peeling because the substrate was never actually clean.

Our Method

Two Kärcher HD 9/23 GX rigs running at 230 bar. Sodium hypochlorite pre-treatment applied by backpack sprayers 15 minutes before each wall face. Four-man crew working in two rotating shifts — 06:00–10:00 and 15:00–19:00 to avoid peak resident movement.

"14 buildings, 3 days, zero tenant disruption. The walls look like the estate was built last month."

Audit-ready

The Problem

A QSR franchise operations director needed all 11 Mainland locations — Yaba, Surulere, Oshodi, Ikeja, Maryland — photo-ready before a regional franchise audit. Forecourts showed two years of diesel drift from the Badagry Expressway. Kitchen loading bays had a grease-black crust that routine mopping had never touched.

Our Method

Three mobile rigs dispatched across two crews operating in parallel. Locations were sequenced by proximity to minimise transit time. Hot-water degreaser pre-soak on loading bays; cold high-pressure rinse on forecourt tiles. Each site completed inside a single trading day — no closures, no revenue loss.

The Result

All 11 locations passed the franchise visual audit. The operations director has since placed Blast on a quarterly maintenance contract covering the full Mainland portfolio.

"We passed the audit at every single location. Blast did in six days what our FM team had been trying to schedule for six months."

— Chinyere Adeyemi, Operations Director, QSR Franchise Group

The Problem

TotalEnergies Nigeria needed all 28 Lagos forecourts cleaned to a defined lux-white specification ahead of a pan-African rebranding rollout. Forecourts ranged from Apapa to Ajah — each carrying different contamination profiles: heavy diesel soot on the Island routes, red laterite dust staining on the Mainland, and saltwater corrosion deposits on coastal sites.

Our Method

Six Kärcher HDS 12/18-4 S hot-water rigs operating in three two-rig teams. Each team received a daily brief with the contamination profile of that day's sites. Caustic degreaser on diesel-black pump islands. Oxalic acid treatment on rust-stained concrete aprons. All chemical waste captured and removed — zero runoff onto public drains.

The Result

All 28 sites delivered to specification within nine consecutive working days. The rebranding installation crew moved in on Day 10 without delay. Blast was subsequently listed on TotalEnergies Nigeria's approved vendor register for recurring maintenance across their full Lagos portfolio.

"Blast delivered 28 forecourts to specification in nine days. They are now on our approved vendor register — the only pressure washing contractor we will use across the Lagos network."

— Taiwo Fashola, Facilities Manager, TotalEnergies Nigeria (Lagos Region)
